Arndell Park Church Auditorium

As budget was a major factor in this project, simple forms and creative use of materials had to be adopted to keep the construction cost to a minimum. Articulation of the façade was created through cleaver detailing, colours and the combination of materials to give this building a modern aesthetic that nestled perfectly within its industrial surrounds. The planning is designed around a central courtyard which acts as the meeting hub for members of the congregation to meet and interact.

The building was also designed in such a way that it could be built over several stages without interfering with the main function of the auditorium. Over the several stages, the design accommodates a number of requirements that includes: Church auditorium, youth and multi function hall, Sunday school rooms, offices, child care facilities and amenities.
