The Nursing Home located in Kellyville comprises of 250 single bed wards designed over three stories. The proposed building has been designed using interlocking L-shaped wings which create a series of landscaped courtyards as well as give the development a sense of ‘home’.

Although the development has been designed to complement the conservative nature of the streetscape, the incorporation of balconies which have been framed to create a simple boxed form structure has given this development a slightly more contemporary aesthetics.
